Paid maintenance entitles you to raise support tickets, either via our CloverCARE portal or via an email to email@example.com. It also entitles you to download new versions of CloverDX software and fixes.
It's saying it's "terminated" when it wasn't paid for, for some reason. You can have a valid license without maintenance and still continue using CloverDX software the same way as before, without any limitations. Although, it's not recommended in order to be able to seek help from our CloverCARE Support team and to be able to upgrade to the newest versions.
